- www.newlifeayurved.com is a website operated by Newlife Ayurveda Ltd,a company incorporated under the laws of Nepal.
b.General conditions apply to and form part of any contract between the seller and consumer.
2.Choice of Product:
a.The consumer may use the website to select and order products.
b.The consumer can use the website to see descriptions of all product and services.
c.In order to complete a purchase the consumer is obliged to fill his/her details such as name,address,contact number,g-mail etc.
d.The seller thus enable the consumer to verify whether the order is correct in terms of price and quantity and to change it if
necessary before it is placed.
e.By clicking on the button ”place order”in website the consumer sends an offer to the seller which includes an obligation to make
payment by the consumer to the seller.Upon processing of the order the consumer shall receive an order confirmation from the seller.
3.Cancellation rights of consumer:
A consumer is entitled to cancel a purchase contract only if wrong product/product expired is delivered within 3 days of completion of delivery,To exercise such cancellation rights,the consumer must send written notice of cancellation by e-mail to seller(newlifehospital123@gmail.com).
Consequences of cancellation:
In the event of cancellation of a purchase contract,the seller will repay to the customer all payment received excluding the extra cost arising from the customer choice of delivery.
Repayment is made in the same currency and in the same way as payment was made by the customer.
The customer must return the products to the seller without delay and in any event within 3 days of sending the notice of cancellation.The cost of returning the products is payable by the consumer.The consumer is only liable for a product’s depreciation if his use of it has exceeded that required to ascertain it’s nature,characteristics and operation.
Exclusion of cancellation rights:
Consumer has no right to cancel a purchase contract for the supply of:
a.Products that are clearly meant for a specific person.
b.Products that are unsuitable for returning for reasons of public health or hygiene because their seals have been
broken.
4.Price and shipping cost:
a.The applicable price is stated on the website at the time the order is placed.
b.The applicable shipping cost is shown after when the consumer add the product to carts.
5.Entering into the contract:
a.Consumer by clicking on the button ”place order” in the website the consumer sends an offer to the seller which includes an
obligation to make payment by the consumer to seller.
b.A binding contract arises between the seller and the consumer when the seller confirms the consumer’s order by e-mail.
6.Performance of the contract:
a.After completing the ordering process the consumer receives a binding confirmation of his order.
b.The delivery term is one to three days after confirmation of the order by the seller through e-mail inside kathmandu, Bhaktapur,
Lalitpur and Pokhara valley.
c.The delivery term all over Nepal may take more than three days after confirmation of the order by the seller through e-mail.
7.Payment:
a.The seller will make an invoice for the ordered product which will be handed to the consumer upon delivery.
b.The seller delivers the product in exchange for payment via cash on delivery,phone pay/bank transfer or through e-sewa.
8.Privacy Policy:
The user hereby consents,expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the privacy policy of www.newlifeayurved.com. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such privacy policy are acceptable to him.
