Vinyasa Yoga: This is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you can move from one to another seamlessly using breath. Your yoga teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to another. 2. Kundalini Yoga: It is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. It is a magical science that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises and meditations to release trauma from the energetic body which surrounds the physical body. People who practice it are said to furnish their session feeling extreme happiness and tranquility.
3. Asthanga Yoga: It is an intensely physical and athletic style of yoga. The ultimate purpose of the Asthanga practice is purification of the body and mind. Practicing asthanga rejuvenates your body making it stronger, toned, more flexible and controlled. This type strictly follows a particular order of eight steps, each with a fixed number of breaths and movement which helps maintain a healthy heart and stabilize the mind.
4.Lyengar Yoga:Lyengar yoga is a form of yoga as exercise that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga posture(asanas).It features hundreds of different yoga poses and fourteen types of breathing. Often props are used such as belts and block to support the body in certain poses, reducing the risk of injury. With regular guided practice effects can include a general feeling of physical health, psychological and mental well-being.
5.Hatha Yoga:Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga which consists a set of physical exercise. The purpose of hatha yoga is relief from three types of pain-physical, environmental and spiritual. The benefits of hatha yoga includes better sleep, strengthening core muscles, helps in stress management. It is made up of three main practices: body postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
6.Pranayama Breathing:Pranayama is the practice of breath control in yoga. Pranayama is one of the eight limbs of yoga referenced by “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” which means that it was considered an integral step on the path to enlightenment. There are several different types of pranayama breathing including inhaling and exhaling through nostrils. Doing pranayama regularly purifies mind and soul, strengthen your heart, remove toxins from your body and helps get rid of any negative emotions that you feel like anger, greed and arrogance.
